Before you book

Ordinary general-admission passes are publicly offered. Listed hours start at 10am; 8am industry/VIP and 9am early-access periods are excluded. Workshops and an age-restricted reception have separate conditions.

Check the official page for current prices, availability, registration deadlines and what each pass includes. A general entry pass may not cover every activity. Price and professional eligibility are separate: free registration can still require industry credentials.

Bring a useful project brief

Record dimensions, photographs, your timeline and a realistic budget for the project you want to discuss. Ask exhibitors which parts of installation, delivery and cleanup are included in a quote.

Record the product model, materials, warranty and service area so you can compare like with like later. Request written information and a follow-up contact. Allow yourself time to consider the full scope before agreeing to a project.

Plan demonstrations around your questions

Check the official program for talks or demonstrations that answer your project’s biggest uncertainty. Leave time between stops to photograph displays with permission and organize your notes.
