Before you book

Public attendee admission passes; check organizer rules and current ticket availability.

Check the official page for current prices, availability, registration deadlines and what each pass includes. A general entry pass may not cover every activity. Price and professional eligibility are separate: free registration can still require industry credentials.

Choose your anchors

Pick the panels, artists or guest activities that matter most, then group nearby stops on the floor plan. A celebrity listing does not guarantee every-day attendance; check each guest’s announced dates. Leave time between activities for walking and lines.

Budget beyond the badge

Separate admission from optional autograph, photograph, merchandise and special-event spending. Check whether a photo opportunity needs its own reservation and whether a panel uses a separate queue or ticket.

Prepare for cosplay and crowds

Read the current costume, prop, bag and photography policies before packing. Ask before photographing another attendee. Keep costumes manageable for travel and allow time for any announced prop inspection.

Build a GalaxyCon St. Louis plan

GalaxyCon St. Louis takes place October 23–25, 2026 at America’s Center. The organizer lists different opening hours for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with separate visitor resources for guests, exhibitors, photo opportunities and special events.

Check which day each priority guest attends, then plan panel time, shopping and any booked photograph or autograph around that availability. Use the current organizer program to resolve scheduling conflicts before joining a queue.

EDITOR’S PLAN · UPDATED OCTOBER 12

A fandom itinerary that respects hall closing

Keep the hall clock visible

GalaxyCon St. Louis is announced for October 23–25 at America’s Center. Its published event and exhibit-hall hours differ on Friday and Saturday. Put the exhibit-hall closing time in your plan before booking an evening activity so that shopping and artist visits still have space.

Use an anchor and a backup

Our suggested route gives each day one guest or panel priority, one creator-browsing interval and an unbooked stretch. Check the individual guest’s attendance days and any booking conditions. Keep a nearby alternative for a full session or a longer-than-expected queue.

Before leaving home

Return to the edition’s official schedule, accessibility page and prop rules. Save the confirmations for separately booked experiences. Ask permission for photographs and leave enough time to move between your selected spaces without turning the day into a race.
