Salt Lake City Bridal & Wedding Expo 2026

Before you book

Free attendee passes are offered; check organizer registration requirements and door admission.

Check the official page for current prices, availability, registration deadlines and what each pass includes. A general entry pass may not cover every activity. Price and professional eligibility are separate: free registration can still require industry credentials.

Dates, hours and access

• 2026-10-17 · Salt Palace Convention Center · Hours not confirmed · America/Denver · Public attendance period

Announced attendance dates are listed with their access rules. Hours are shown only when confirmed. Check the organizer for pass-specific access and changes.

Arrive with a shared brief

Bring the wedding date or date range, guest estimate, location preferences and a budget for each supplier category. Check availability early in the conversation so you spend time on realistic options.

Keep supplier comparisons clear

Ask what each package includes, the number of service hours, travel charges and who will deliver the service. Record a named contact and request written details you can review together afterward.

Plan the program and your follow-up

Use the organizer’s program to time any presentations or demonstrations. Leave space for conversations, then shortlist suppliers after comparing scope, availability and your priorities.
