1. Public dates
An event can have different dates for press, buyers and the general public. Check the public schedule for your intended visit. A venue’s full booking period can include setup and teardown.
2. Your ticket’s scope
Look for date restrictions, timed entry, extra activity charges and refund terms. Read the official conditions before paying. We link to organizers and do not sell admission.
3. The exact destination
A convention campus may have several buildings. Check your event’s entry instructions and use the venue’s current directions, transit and parking resources.
4. Personal requirements
Ask about step-free routes, seating, service animals or other accommodations directly. Check child admission and supervision rules, costume policies and what you may bring inside. Unknown is not the same as unrestricted.
5. Last-minute changes
Revisit the official event page before departure. Dates, guests, room assignments and ticket availability can change after a directory listing was checked. A downloaded calendar file does not update itself.
