Three days at America’s Center

GalaxyCon St. Louis is announced for October 23–25, 2026 at America’s Center. The organizer distinguishes overall event hours from exhibit-hall hours. Friday’s hall closes at 8 p.m. while the wider event continues to 9 p.m.; Saturday’s hall similarly closes an hour before the wider event. Sunday’s listed closing time is 6 p.m.

Protect the shopping part of your day

Our recommendation is to fit any priority exhibitor or artist visit inside the hall timetable before arranging evening activities. Write down the hall closing time alongside your booked sessions. That simple boundary helps prevent a late panel from consuming the only time you had reserved for browsing.

Build around people, then places

Make a short list of creators or activities you most want to see, then check their individual dates and booking conditions. A name on the wider guest list is a starting point for planning. Your own workable schedule should include walking, meals and a backup activity if the first choice develops a long line.

Use the organizer’s current program

GalaxyCon links its schedule, accessibility information and other visitor resources from the edition page. Recheck them before setting out, particularly for guest availability and separately booked experiences. The article is a sourced advance brief; the suggestions above are our planning advice and do not claim firsthand attendance or a guaranteed meeting.
