Two destinations in one program
Equip Exposition’s 2026 program runs October 20–23 in Louisville. The organizer places the October 20 welcome reception at Churchill Downs and the October 21–23 trade show at Kentucky Exposition Center. Those are separate destinations and experiences, so the wider date range should not be read as four days of exhibit-floor access.
Check your registration category
This is an industry event. Start with the organizer’s current attendee information and registration rules rather than assuming general public admission. A professional visitor should also check which education, demonstrations or evening activities are included in the selected registration.
Bring the operating question
